Bob Dole, a former U.S. Senator and Republican presidential candidate, died Sunday morning at 98, the Elizabeth Dole Foundation said.
Dole had been diagnosed with stage 4 lung most cancers earlier this 12 months.
Dole served as a U.S. senator for Kansas for practically 30 years.
